Kozma Apartments are located at the foot of the Gerlitzen Alpe, right on the shores of Lake Ossiach - Carinthia's third-largest lake. Gerlitzen is one of Austria's most renowned ski resorts. From the lakeside, 4-person cable car takes you directly into a 45 km paradise of slopes.
We also cater to our summer guests: the Steindorf municipal beach is just 500 m away.For hiking enthusiasts, the stunning surroundings offer endless opportunities to explore all year round.

Our apartments were newly built in July 2020 and offer the highest level of comfort.The morern, fully-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and provides our guests with everything needed for everyday life.
